Review of Kurt Cobain: About a Son (2007) by Gina P — 02 Feb 2008
As a fan who is very inspired by Kurt Cobain, as well as devastated by his death, this was a film for me. It was void of the bells and whistles pinned to Cobain's posthumous legacy, just raw, unedited and at times barely audible interviews mixed with local Washington footage.
Very different from the documentary one would expect...one that leaves you reflecting.
