Review of Kurt Cobain: About a Son (2007) by Craig D — 29 Feb 2008
A very moving film. It's an unusual style of documentary, but it is no less touching. Though it does help to be a big fan of nirvana before you see this film, you don't have to be. Because it's just audio and images (not of Cobain, until the very end, and not really anything music related), it's not for everyone, but if you are interested in learning more about the man behind the legend, this is the film to watch.
It is by far the most insightful and interesting film I have ever seen about Kurt Cobain, Nirvana, or anything Grunge related for that matter.
