Review of Kung Pow: Enter the Fist (2002) by Shlumguy — 10 Jul 2006
I've actually seen all the movies this movie attempts to make fun of. I don't know how they fit all those subtle jokes in from the old films, and expected everyone to get them in this day and age.
Alot of the jokes are actual direct references to a old kung fu films. (see "crippled masters" for a laugh at how CRAZY old kung fu films could be.) This movie really did well with me, and my friends.
