Review of Kung Pow: Enter the Fist (2002) by Bill P — 04 Jul 2008
This is probably the most clever comedy ever made. I have never seen anything like it and I dont think there has been anything like it. It is pieced together to perfection to make a story that makes sense and the writing is hysterical.
Its like a full length feature version of a five minute improvisational game. Steve Oedekerk almost single handedly does everything in this movie. He supplies all but one voice, does the acting for the main character, directs it, writes it, produces it, its too bad this movie didnt get the credit it deserved because despite stupidity in the humor it really is a true masterpiece if you appreciate exactly what this film is.
