IT WAS FUNNY! Gave it a fresh rating because it made me laugh as a child and I bet if I watch it again now I'd still laugh. Rare stupidity lies in this film and that is what makes it so funny and so great. I agree that it is bad but this is one of the movies that I laughed the hardest.
