Different form of comedy than 1 and 2. Very child like. Don't know what changed, director, writers, etc. But I don't think they should have. Did not enjoy the villain, not as threatening or enduring as 2. For me the villain is what makes half the story.
Good for kids. If they're 5 and younger.
