The action is just as good as the last movie, especially in the last part of the movie. The humor is also really good, although some jokes don't work well. But the story is great and the animation is beautiful, and the villain, Kai, is actually great.
If I have one nitpick, it's that the movie never explains how Kai became evil and how the entirety of the valley of peace can suddenly use chi. I can look past that the panda village can use it because they accept who they are, which, as Shifu/Oogway explained, is how you use it, but at the end, everyone can, which is weird.
Other than that, great movie.
