Not quite as good as the first, but nothing to scoff at. There are a few parts where the movie really slips, and in particular I wish more characterization was given to the Fearsome Five, but the villain, the hero, and the love interest (?) are all handled quite well.
More importantly, the jokes are nearly as good as those in the original, and the action perhaps even better.
