Review of Kung Fu Hustle (2004) by Imthenoob — 27 Mar 2019

Hats off to Stephen Chow for doing virtually for everything in this film (writing, directing and staring). There was certainly a lot of things doing for this movie. It was pretty comedic at times, Had plenty of good characters and the fight scenes, while a bit too CGI for my taste, were enjoyable as well. It's certainly a very unique movie and I really appreciate that but it's not without its flaws.

I felt the story kind of faded in and out throughout the course of the movie, Pacing was a little uneven and I thought that they could have used a bit more action sequences rather than saving everything for the ending.
