I love anime. The realm of anime has given us many great legends featuring martial arts such as Cowboy Bebop, Yu Yu Hakusho, Mobile Fighter G.Gundam, Dragonball, Dragonball Z, and many others. These days we have series such as Naruto, Naruto Shippuden, Samurai Champloo, Guyver the Bioboosted Armor, and many other great series carrying on that torch.
Here's where this movie comes in. This movie was like a live action anime. The characters, the writing, the fights, and all of the humor felt like right out of an anime and that's probably why I really liked this movie so much.
Stephen Chow did an amazing job with this one. The story is well written. the characters are likeable and developed, and the action is fast paced, and the movie had a lot going on in it. This is another one of my all time favorite films.
At times. I really wish more movies were like Kung Fu Hustle, cause this is a cinematic masterpiece.
