Should have been called Kung Fu cartoon because that's pretty much what this was and that isn't a compliment. This had a few interesting visual effects and some exciting fight scenes but all in all was too stupid and cartoony for its own good.
This is a one time watch at best...or if you're a major pot head this might be your favorite movie. I'd watch this again probably if I had a real big bowl packed and ready to go.
