Wow...I've never been more confused on how to describe a movie in my life.
You've got your basketball captain who literally has whiskey flowing through his veins, the over-the-top Japanese comedic relief and ridiculous basketball action thrown in.
Do I rate it one star because of scenes like when the main star jumps through the ceiling/lights on his first try at a dunk? Or do I give it five stars because of the pure parody elements of basketball/kung fu movies that are present throughout?
Basically, this movie is like a perfect mix between NBA Jam, The Matrix and any Japanese martial arts movie you can think of. So ridiculous, yet weirdly entertaining.
