Review of Kundun (1997) by Pamela Q — 16 Jan 2012
It's a far greater biopic than one could reasonably expect, carried by the haunting Philip Glass soundtrack and Scorsese's intruiging interpretation of Tibetan Buddhism. The kids portraying the Dalai Lama at various points of his life do so with varying degrees of success, but I thought the final one nailed it.
