Its a bit over the top, and the budget for special Effects isn't great, but that's par for the course with this entire genre of movie.
It's a little cheesy, but it's a fun sword and sorcery movie. The dialog is alright, Kevin Sorbo's acting isn't spectacular, but it's not terrible either.
Id you don't like movies from the same genre as Highlander, you probably won't like this one either.
