Christan Slater stars as George Kuffs, a high school drop out, who has just left his pregnant girlfriend, when his brother a patrol special is gunned down while on duty. Kuffs takes over the district and to get back at the murders.
This is an excellent movie and one of Christan's best movies.
I recommended people watch this if they like Christan Slater movies.
