Review of Kuch Kuch Hota Hai (1998) by Sudeshna H — 01 Sep 2008

I know its often brushed off as silly but so what? Inspite of its inane premise, I firmly believe that its a very carefully and well written film with never a dull moment, amazing background score, jovial choreography, beautiful art work, aesthetic riot of colors (rare for its time), visual delight, spectacle at its best with so many nice touches which later went on to become cliches of Hindi cinema. An outstanding film! Dripping with sweetness, honesty and the magic of big screen entertainment.

This is what dreams are made of. This what Bollywood is.
