Review of Kubo and the Two Strings (2016) by Superbat — 17 Sep 2016
Easily the best animated film of the year, one of the best movies of the year, and one of the best films I have ever seen. Kubo is a delight from start to finish, with excellent visuals and a talented voice cast, Kubo delivers us vivid characters that the audience can truly connect with.
It's not overloaded with humour like Pixar, but it doesn't lack humor, either. It is a film for all ages. This alone is better than anything Disney and Pixar has put out.
