Not too bad for Bollywood standards. Special effects are convincing. Hrithik's performance as a farther is noteworthy too. Rakesh has borrowed few of the X-men from Hollywood including the Villan could have been little creative there.
By the way the villan could have made all the money that he wanted by just sending the Chameleon mutant [Kangana] to disguise as the President of U.S and transferred trillions of dollars to any account instead of wasting all his energy for years in 'inventing' a virus and its antidote and killing people and then selling the drugs to make money -just too tiring.
