Review of Krrish 3 (2013) by Zo S — 21 Nov 2013
Apart from the first 45 boring minutes, some preposterous (and unintetionally hillarious) dialogues, bad music, crappy junior asrtist appearences and lacklusture cinematography, kinda enjoyable film. The second half was quite likable.
Hrithik Roshan deserves a star alone for his brilliant performance.
Vivek also gives a fine performance as the antagonist, but can't say the same about his costume.
VFX was rather uneven-very good in parts, average most of the time, and expectedly bad in parts.
But ultimately,it was really sad & infinitely disheartening to see that a film-maker of Rakesh Roshan's calibre has lost his touch;Same thing can be said for his brother Rajesh Roshan's music, after giving brilliant scores in 80s and in 'Koyla','Kaho Naa Pyaar Hai' & 'Kites',he has delivered a BIG dud.
Remove the thoughts of the recent Hollywood counterparts, keep your expectations low,and chances are,You might like this indegenous Home-grown Superhero as a gulity pleasure. And of course its Best viewed in a theatre near you.
