The Emperor's New Groove wasn't perfect, but it was nontheless enjoyable by both kids and adults. Kronk's New Groove is no longer as enjoyable, and relies more on the comic relief of the lead character, rather than making the rest of the film enertaining.
Clearly, this is a film just for the kids.
