Yes it predates 'Diabolik' by a year...........but it wishes it was as good as that masterpiece. Had its good points though............and that glow in the dark skeleton costume is hella cool and would make a great Halloween costume.
Not very action packed and quite slow placed for a comic book film.........but enjoyed it none the less.
