Review of Krepkiy Oreshek (1968) by Dustin D — 16 Jul 2015
Die Hard is a sublime action/suspense film. Bruce Willis has an everyman quality as he cracks jokes and mutters to himself throughout the danger, but also sweats and bleeds. Alan Rickman is spot-on as the Eurovillain.
This is easily the best of these late-'80s/early-'90s action flicks.
