151224: Christmas horror on Christmas Eve? Considering the number of laughs I had I'm not totally sold on the horror classification of Krampus. Strangely, there were about 15 people in the theatre and only on one other occasion did I hear anyone else laughing out loud.
I didn't really find it all that scary but I could see it being a "Tingler" (1959) film for an early teen however; especially if they were attached to Christmas. Some action, a loud soundtrack and neat special effects made Krampus entertaining enough but I doubt it will ever become a Christmas classic.
