I actually bought this one. So you'll know my tastes, most of what I buy is older movies 40s-70s. I love, love, love the Hammer horror films, and the disaster movies of the 70s, but my favorite scary movie is The Changeling with George C.

Scott. John Carpenter's The Thing would probably be next. When it comes to comedy I'm crazy about Ferrell. So, anyway, this Krampus movie I really enjoyed. The mix of horror and comedy was perfect for my taste.

I can see why some would think it's not as savage as the concept calls for, but I don't like the overkill gore. I don't CARE who can make some horrid murder scene look the most "real.

" Aaaaanyway, if you like the same kind of movies I do, you will probably like this too. No Oscars, now, just good B movie fun.
