Boring, never scary even though it tries very hard to be, cheesy, and overall very different than I was expecting. I didn't care about anyone. I just wanted to be scared, that's all, that never happened.
It felt like a cute kids movie, which is not what I wanted. I wanted a horrifying Krampus. I never got that.
