Review of Krampus (2015) by Zachary M — 18 Aug 2016

A masterful throwback to eighties horror comedies like Gremlins, and might I dare say even better. The creature effects and designs on the monsters are all fantastic. All the characters feel flushed out and are each given little moments to shine and have interests and personalities.

It would be so easy to just set most of these people s cannon fodder, but thankfully this movie is better than that. A fun addition to the genre of both terror and laughs, and that's hard to do.
