Weak fictionalized telling of the eruption of the Krakatoa volcano in 1883. They apparently weren't even aware that Krakatoa is west of Java, not east. If you want to learn about what really occurred, read the outstanding book "Krakatoa: The Day the World Exploded" by Simon Winchester.
