King Kong vs Godzilla (and a couple of its lizard-y offspring), in a tropical paradise. And a sprinkling of humans, for food and fun - native tribals (mute), blasé military types (with a lot to say, mostly in cliches), a few obsessed scientists, a world-weary but good hearted hero, and a female (Caucasian, of course) photo-journalist type.
