Most of the characters seemed kind of bland and boring, but John C. Reily and Samuel L. Jackson were absolutely terrific. Kong was a huge part of the movie (as he should be) unlike past versions. The action and visuals were splendid, and the movie really got me excited for Godzilla vs.
Kong (2020).
