Review of Kong: Skull Island (2017) by Tiffany B — 02 Aug 2017

Overall: Nearly. Doesn't live up to Peter Jackson.

I felt that most aspects of the movie weren't quite there. The story was a little too sci-fi, for Kong, but still enjoyable. I loved the acting, but none of the characters they were acting had much background, if any. The gorilla, Kong, wasn't quite right. He didn't look right, or move right. The movie graphics were out dated. It looked like it was filmed years ago, but the actors ages gave away the real date. I've definitely seen better graphics, even from films set that long ago.
