Review of Knowing (2009) by Allen G — 19 Feb 2013
To me this is a great film mixed with a bad one and I'm just too confused with the end result to say which part was the most prominent.
I guess I have to go with which part was most featured and that is certainly the bad movie. Monotonous disaster sci-fi with over-confidence and maths... dreaded maths.
The good film has awesome visuals and atmosphere, ambition, an interesting idea and Nic Cage hitting a tree. There wasn't enough of it though.
