Somewhere there was a good idea which got chewed up and spewed out as propaganda for the Scientology cult. I'm surprised Tom Cruise or John Travolta didn't snatch the Nicolas Cage role themselves.
The movie begins promisingly but the second half, Nic Cage's cheesy acting and a laughably bad ending let it all down.
