Review of Knocked Up (2007) by Quincy A — 25 Sep 2012
A surprising blend of gross-out comedy, coming-of-age drama, and meditation on parenthood, this works so well because the content is so naturalistically dealt with. It made me laugh so hard, so often, but I felt intermittently melancholic when values clashed or dreams were unrealised.
I love this movie.
