Eh. A not terribly memorable film about inner city gangsters in rural Montana. Seth Green should stick to comedies and Barry Pepper, despite a solid performance in Saving Private Ryan, is a lightweight as the lead.
Vin Diesel is about the only good thing in this movie, which should be evidence enough as to how poor the film is.
