Review of Knock Knock (2015) by Ant S — 07 Jul 2015
Hugely disappointing. Keanu is great and the way he spurns the advances of the two girls is done well but the whole film soon becomes boring with a string of "jeez these two are just plain annoying" moments.
The plot is a great initial idea but I was hoping for a more cat and mouse rather than the stodgily written tripe that was filmed. The climax of the film just feels to be rushed and boring and it could have been made so much better.
A good idea and almost thought-provoking plot about sex and rape but ultimately an outlet for Eli Roth to peddle his wife's acting career on us. Keanu should've chosen better.
