Review of Knock Knock (2015) by Anna F — 09 Jul 2016
It has an interesting premise and a fairly intriguing first act. Reeves portrays the family man character quite well and the female leads start out as convincingly malicious temptresses. Unfortunately, the more the film unfolds, the more childish they become and their motives seem extremely farfetched.
Viewers may actually grow more aggravated instead of being on their edge of their seats. Eli Roth's surprisingly non-gory thriller is not exactly awful, but is only suitable as a rainy Friday night thriller.
