Review of Knock Knock (2015) by Elgan D — 30 Jun 2015
Some thirteen years on from the underrated 'Cabin Fever' Eli Roth hasn't really matured as a director. Once again the picture is exploitative pulp that exists on the margins of the horror genre.
That said and despite Reeves typical woodenness plus the fact that it is a quasi remake somehow the film has enough energy to work as a paper thin guilty pleasure.
