Only for those who know they'll love it from the cast to be honest. If that alone doesn't interest you, then the poor editing, terrible plot and and poor effects probably won't find you hugely enamoured with it.
However, if the cast has sold you, or if you just love a good cheap monster movie, this is the one for you. I for one loved it.
