Tom Cruise is a very improbable 'Murcielago' in the movie. He asks his bete-noir, 'Ever been to a bull fight'? The Murcielago seems to be very humble, to himself, in spirit, and I mean, the unfortunate bull, not the Lamborghini.
It seems, that people are supposed to try out new experiences, to discover themselves, like does anarchist Roy.
