Review of Klute (1971) by Anthony S — 20 Mar 2004
Dawn of the Dead 2004 :fresh: Had a great time.
Yes, it has flaws, many of them, but it still managed to be scary and just damned fun. Will it ever replace the original Dawn in my heart? Nope. Never.
KLUTE--saw this the other day. It was very good. I had no idea that Jane fonda could actually...act. Nice. Too bad they showed who "done it" too damned early. Blew the suspense, but they made up for it at the end.
Cronos--mad at myself for not seeing this sooner. What a great movie. Addix and MaSS were right. As usual. Dammit.
I am loving that older actor Del Toro uses, Federico Luppi. I love his voice and he has such presence. Now I want to find other movies he stars in. I'm stalking a guy in his 60's. Yahoo.
