Makers tried to make it look like an international movie I personally think this is one of the main reasons why this movie is getting bad reviews.
Movie lacks orignality and some scenes in this movie are copied from hollywood movies. Overall movie is worth to watch only if you like the chemistry of hrithik and barbara mori in trailers infact both of them are looking immersibly beautiful on screen.
