Entertaining for all ages, really great actors in a movie that is geared to children but gives the adults an important story with the children in their proper place during the great struggles of the depression.

Really wonderful and accurate portral of how the depression affected families but told with a spiritedness and whimsy that means the film will not weigh heavily on children.
