This is a fine family film, with a sweet story younger viewers will be able to sink their teeth into. The story has real heart and soul. There's no real peril, but the mystery is fun to solve in the livingroom, just as the characters do so on screen.
A good performance from Abigail Breslin. The adult actors really shine, providing entertaining performances for the younger viewers as well.
