Review of Kissed (1996) by Natasha S — 28 Dec 2007
God if I could cure this nighttime insomnia(i have no troubles sleeping during the day) I would probably be doing something constructive right now. instead im reviewing a movie I saw over a year ago - something I plucked off the video store shelf.
As repulsive and disgusting as necrophilia is, which is the main plot drive of the film, the director manages to make it look like some kind of female version - the female protagonist is the one plagued by this 'disease' but its not something perverted - its more that she is trying to become enlightened by having sex with people's lives. well that's what I found anyway. her own breathing and kicking lover decides to off himself and so she even manages to connect with him on a crazy and deceased level.
I have just been listening to the song 'code blue' by t.s.o.l for a couple of days and thus the reason for remembering such a film.
