Review of Kiss the Girls (1997) by Daniel M — 13 Jun 2009
A style of film making you've seen many times before. Solid as a rock off the starting block but as the narrative continues things get continually less interesting. Like many that have come before and after it, Kiss The Girls is a film that could have been great but winds up being the same old story with different faces.
There are more holes in this than a block of swiss cheese and the ending is terrifyingly weak and ill conceived revealing this supposedly talented killer to be a complete idiot! However this is an entertaining movie, the talent on show is excellent and the style and structure of this film is very good.
Just like Freeman's character this film reels you in and certainly seems to talk the talk but fails to walk the walk.
