Review of Kiss the Girls (1997) by Valéria V — 23 Mar 2011
I heard this was one of those really good criminal investigation films. The film is entertaining, predictable in some scenes but the performances are worthwile. Morgan Freeman does well as Alex Cross the main character in the film who is good at getting to the bottom of ugly situations, Ashley Judd as one of the few victims in the crime scene is the most convincing actor in the film with her character.
As for the rest who just sort of slip back into the scene making it so there is more suggestions or clues to hand around leaves more time for Freeman to do his stuff. There are some disturbing scenes in the film that I think are not for the faint hearted or at least those who do not like scenes of sexual threat.
Otherwise if you are into suspense or mystrey along with Morgan Freeman enjoy it.
