Review of Kiss the Girls (1997) by Robert I — 03 Jan 2013
Mini Review 1 - Kiss the Girls.
Plot:
This cinematic adaptation of James Patterson's best selling novel by the same name rotates around a serial killer kidnapping girls. Forensic psychologist and Washington D.C. detective Alex Cross (Morgan Freeman) teams up with medical intern Kate McTiernan (Ashley Judd) in his hunt for the elusive serial killer who is kind of a niche collector of women at the same time.
Kate being the only escapee from the killer's clutches sets the motto for her urge to hunt him down while Alex has both personal and professional reasons to back him up.
Positives:
-> Ashley Judd and Morgan Freeman's performances.
-> Great background music.
--> Near spine chilling suspense moments and.
--> Plot line already set by a best selling thriller novel.
Negatives:
--> Not an exact re-enactment of the book and.
--> Twitched story play on screen.
