Review of Kinsey (2004) by Rick C — 10 Oct 2007
Liam Neeson's portrayal of Dr. Kinsey, the first scientist to conduct a serious study of human sexuality, is very frank, though understated. The many and varied relationships of Kinsey and those around him shows the very personal motivation that Kinsey and his co-researchers had for studying sexuality. It almost seems if they are asking, "Are we alone in our proclivities?".
Given that my own relationships fall outside mainstream societal norms, I can identify with Dr Kinsey on some level.
I greatly enjoyed this movie.
