Review of Kinsey (2004) by M D — 22 Feb 2009
The science of sex. Blunt. Misguided or head-on? Follows a man that opened up the public perception and knowledge of sexual exploits. His motives and means at times seem skewed. His desire at times seems questionable.
His character at time seems awkward. None the less and intriguing and interesting biopic that sheds light on the not only the nature of the human but our own understanding of ourselves. Are we stuck in the stone age when we cannot even explore about our own bodies let alone talk about them without the fallacious hand of religious and cultural taboo choking our selves?
