Review of Kinsey (2004) by Damjan R — 19 Apr 2009
04-16-09: This was a pretty interesting movie. It's about the life of Alfred Kinsey (the sex-psych guy). He was on a mission in the 30s & 40s to interview thousands (and thousands) of people and have them talk openly about their sexual behaviours.
He came about this because a lot of his students would ask, "Is it normal..." and nobody ever did any work to find out what was "normal". Kinsey is also famous for his scale of homosexuality and heterosexuality.
..with 0 being completely hetero and 6 being completely homo. He concluded (after his interviews) that most of America fit in the middle somewhere. It was pretty interesting to see.
